Dr Rajesh Bheda

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Dr. Rajesh Bheda, Managing Director of Rajesh Bheda Consulting, is a leading consultant, researcher and educator with over three and half decades of contribution to the apparel industry. He has facilitated supply-chain collaborations for win-win performance improvement in apparel industry through several projects. He focusses on unlocking the improvement potential of organisations through human centered manufacturing excellence methodologies and capacity building of management teams. He is an advisor to the International Trade Centre- Geneva, International Labour Organisation, CBI-Netherlands, GIZ, Asian Productivity Organisation-Japan, leading apparel retailers, manufacturers and Govt. bodies.

Before co-founding RBC, Dr. Bheda was Professor and Chairperson of the Fashion Technology Department at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, India. Dr. Bheda holds a Doctorate in Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and has undergone fellowship at Manchester Metropolitan University UK. He serves on the Governing Boards of education institutes and social organisations. He has authored several publications including the celebrated book ‘Managing Productivity in the Apparel Industry’ and ‘Good practices in Global Apparel Industry’, an ITC, Geneva publication.

Maneesha Sharma

Co-founder & Director

Maneesha co-founder and Director, Rajesh Bheda Consulting is a design management professional with a practice of three and half decades in the field of design and management. At RBC, she has been shaping business strategy, Human Resource Development, Communication and capacity building and social sector engagement. She also leads the design vertical SaiChi by RBC and co-leads key consulting projects supported by international institutions. She is a compassionate leader, author, poet and a role model for many.

Before founding RBC, she was a design consultant to leading names and business entities globally. She has rich experience of managing production and workforce during her engagement at leading Indian design production houses. She is a Post Graduate in Humanities and has specialisation in Design.
